Abstract

The textile laundry industry is one of the industries that most contaminate the environment, generating large amounts of waste, which are not always treated properly before being disposed of in nature. Thus, if the effluents generated are not properly treated, they have a great impact on the natural environment. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to use the industrial effluent treatment system in the textile industry, samples of the effluent will be collected both at the beginning of the treatment and after the treatment leaves. The instruments used in the research aim to observe the facts and phenomena that will occur on a daily basis. Since effluent comparisons were made at the entrance of the treatment and at the exit of the process, it was observed that the limits imposed by CONAMA for the release of this effluent into the water body, after passing through the textile laundry treatment station.
