Os desafios do empreendedorismo feminino no Brasil

Abstract

Women throughout history have gradually changed their roles in society. With the insertion of women in the job market and consequently the increase in female entrepreneurship in Brazil, it became necessary to study it. Therefore, this research had the general objective of identifying the challenges faced by women in the context of entrepreneurship. This study is a qualitative bibliographical research. To achieve the general objective, this research identified the main difficulties faced by women entrepreneurs; investigated the reasons that lead women to undertake. To this end, data from 05 (five) course completion work articles, from the Google Scholar database, were analyzed, with female entrepreneurship as the focus, concluding that in general the difficulties are in reconciling work with caring for your family. , in addition to gender prejudice and difficulties with tax incentives both from the government and from their own family members, many of them pointed out as a reason for undertaking to supplement their income or even their main income, professional achievement, financial independence, thus highlighting the need for autonomy.
