dc.description.abstract This article introduces Syem, a nutritional monitoring system that aims to facilitate the work of nutritionists and help the patient to follow and maintain a diet. The system has two parts: one that will be used by the nutritionist and another for use by patients. To help the dietitian develop the patient's diet Syem uses genetic algorithms to generate meals through parameters specified by the dietitian. The patient receives the diet prepared by the nutritionist through the app and there he can also track their progress.pt_BR
dc.description.resumo Este artigo apresenta o Syem, um sistema de monitoramento nutricional que visa facilitar o trabalho do nutricionista e auxiliar o paciente a seguir e manter uma dieta. O sistema possui duas partes: uma que será utilizada pelo nutricionista e outra para uso pelos pacientes. Ajuda o nutricionista a desenvolver a dieta do paciente. Syem usa algoritmos genéticos para gerar refeições por meio de parâmetros especificados pelo nutricionista. O paciente recebe o dieta elaborada pelo nutricionista pelo app e lá ele também pode acompanhar seu progresso.pt_BR
