O conceito de competência operado nas produções científicas no CONNEPI de 2008 a 2018

Abstract

Competence developed in the individual to form for the knowledge, skill and attitude being in the educational field with the purpose of promoting an increased improvement in the subject to the world of work, thus requiring increasingly effective pedagogical actions and efficient. On the contrary hand of this logic competence could take on a character to form from a problematizing perspective that led the student to understand and transform his context. Research on the subject aims to identify the meanings of competence in scientific productions in the North-Northeast Congress of Research and Innovation - CONNEPI from 2008 to 2018 in carrying out the pedagogical work. For the development of the study we made option for a documentary research in the Annals of the CONNEPI, reaching the survey of 548 scientific productions, among them only 55 partly addressed the intentionality of the study. Empirical mapping was used the competence descriptor, among these scientific productions selected the regularities was constituted 4 (four) dimensions namely: A - Innovative/Teaching-Learning, B - Recreational/Experimental Activities, C - Teacher Training and Practice and D - Inclusive Education, and they were analyzed and problematized from the problematizing perspectives of groups of thought on competency of groups of thought on competency of Gimeno Sacristán: Competence as reproduction of the individual; Competence as utilitarianism of education and Competence as opportunity to reorganize educational systems. In the results it has been noted that the understanding related to the focus on skills is understood as a useful aspect in lead competent individuals to economic advantages, on account, only as a demands of society to meet the demands related to the world of work, in that the school should be attractive for the student to remain.
