Abstract

Nowadays, companies are increasingly looking for ways to improve their performance and competitiveness in the market. For this to happen, one of the most important points in the process are employees. It is understood that they need to be committed and motivated with the company's objectives. In this context, high performance becomes one of the main means of incentive in the organization. In environments of constant change, it becomes necessary, through the balance of high performance, to identify the main challenges and the greatest difficulties faced in carrying out daily functions in the company. This study's main objective is to identify the main characteristics of intrapreneurs in the crafts sector in the municipality of Parnaíba-PI. To this end, qualitative bibliographical research was carried out with the aim of identifying the main challenges for the development of employee activities within their work organization. Furthermore, we sought to understand the degree of satisfaction of these professionals with their area of activity in the company in the crafts sector, also checking whether their characteristics point to an intrapreneur profile.
