Análise da adoção da metodologia ágil scrum em startups de software no IFPI - Campus Picos : Um estudo de caso

Abstract

With technological advancements and the growing role of startups as drivers of innovation, these organizations face challenges related to constantly changing requirements, the organization of activities, and communication between teams. In this context, this work analyzed the contribution of the Scrum framework to the organization of workflow and productivity of startups linked to the Mambee Software School Factory of the Federal Institute of Piauí (IFPI) – Picos Campus, with the support of the Trello tool. The research was characterized as descriptive, with a quantitative-qualitative approach, based on a literature review and developed through a case study. Data collection occurred through questionnaires applied before and after the implementation of Scrum, composed of closed questions on a Likert scale and one open question. The use of Trello enabled the systematization of activities, the monitoring of the Product Backlog, Sprints, and the execution of tasks, favoring greater organization, transparency, and collaboration among team members. The results demonstrate significant improvements in information sharing, activity organization, clarity of priorities, communication among team members, and team productivity, reinforcing the applicability of the Scrum framework with the support of the Trello tool in highly uncertain environments.
