Dimensionamento dos componentes estruturais e seleção dos atuadores pneumáticos para realizar a movimentação de uma esteira de rolagem

Abstract

The work presented here is an example of the project developed in the mattress and furniture industry, Socimol S/A, where elements were dimensioned and a selection of pneumatic operators was used to carry out the movement of a scrolling belt. The main version of this project was to employ automatisms capable of replacing the work of driving the machine that had already been performed by two operators in the sector, thus corroborating in benefit of the same. In this way, the use of important tools was developed that promote robustness to the analysis and elaboration of indicators within the industrial environment for a constant selection of the final result of the project.
