Recrutamento e seleção na pandemia e pós pandemia: um estudo bibliográfico nas organizações empresariais aos impactos da Covid-19

Abstract

The topic of recruitment and selection in the pandemic and post-pandemic: A study in business organizations on the impacts of Covid-19 brings a reflective view on the topic, discussing the main points of company impacts, challenges, growth and with the main point being the challenges to be faced so that they can continue moving forward in the face of the pandemic scenario. This article aims to elucidate the importance of Recruitment and Selection in the Covid-19 pandemic and post-pandemic, alluding to the way it presents itself; its development, showing the impacts on the organizational scenario, changes in the current context and providing insight into the process of bringing people together. However, it is known that recruitment and selection during the pandemic and post-pandemic brought a challenge to how companies would move forward in this new scenario. Therefore, this article is based on a narrative review and aims to analyze the evolution of recruitment and selection processes in organizations in the Covid 19 pandemic and post-pandemic through at review literature at 15 articles that were relevant to the topic. The results obtained through the research brought a vision, where organizations managed to stand out from the impacts of Covid, but others closed their doors. The research emphasized the topic of Recruitment and Selection, showing main scenarios, impacts, and not only the path to follow, but the way in which Organizations carried out their actions in the market with workers, contributing significantly.
