Secretariado e assessoria organizacional: uma revisão da literatura narrativa

Abstract

Organizational assistance is a recent topic that still lacks theoretical discussions, but it is a field to be explored by secretarial professionals. The issue of this research was: how can the secretarial professional work in the organizational assistance of companies? Thus, the general objective of the same was to discuss the role of the executive secretary as an organizational advisor, showing the insertion and evolution of organizational advisory within the executive secretariat, as well as the formation and development of its potential in the area. Due to his multidisciplinary training, the executive secretary can provide organizational assistance in the management of companies, presenting a reliable picture of the real situation and assisting managers in the management of business activities, identifying the company's difficulties and recommending the best decision-making process. To this end, a narrative literature review research was carried out, with the aim of verifying the main bibliographies in relation to the proposed theme, in order to show the role of the secretary as an advisor, and to substantiate it in the secretariat area, with the aim of to contribute with theoretical knowledge, based on authors who outline the profile of the executive secretary and on authors who present the profile of advisor and consultant in general.
