O uso do cordel no ensino de Química: uma proposta didática

Abstract

The string is one of the formats of Brazilian Literature, which is also considered as popular poem, can be oral or printed in leaflets, which are usually exposed and sold in strings, and his writing is usually done rhyming. The present work had as general objective to propose the use of the Cordel literature as teaching didactics for Chemistry, as a way to facilitate, encourage and improve the process of Teaching and learning of high school students. A bibliographical survey was carried out on the teaching of Chemistry through Cordel in High School, where later the construction of a string was carried out on contents of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of High School, where through rhymes and metrics innovative, attractive and easy to understand. The use of the Cordel as a facilitator in the teaching of Chemistry is a didactic proposal of easy access, besides representing the Northeastern culture is an attractive art and makes the teaching more pleasant and can lead the public to be more active and critical during the lessons . It is concluded that the Cordel as a didactic proposal for the teaching of Chemistry in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of High School is a possibility to soften the difficulties of the students and to provide meaningful learning. In addition, the Chemistry teacher can use it as a didactic and educational tool, since the themes worked in its construction are contents covered in high school textbooks and essential for the construction of scientific and human knowledge
