Os impactos da tecnologia no empreendedorismo: uma análise contemporânea

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impacts of technology on entrepreneurship, highlighting the transformations that have occurred in recent decades and the opportunities and challenges faced by entrepreneurs. The specific objectives aim to: Discuss the concepts of entrepreneurship from the perspective of different authors; describe how technological advances impact entrepreneurship; point out the challenges and possibilities related to technology in the field of entrepreneurship. To work on the theme of technology and entrepreneurship, the methodological option was bibliographical research, seeking a solid theoretical foundation aligned with the theme. The results showed that technology and entrepreneurship in the contemporary era go hand in hand, research showed that many companies invest in technology in different ways with the aim of staying in the market and offering customers better products and services, however, it was observed that neither all companies are able to invest and not qualify their employees, however, it cannot be denied that technology is inevitable and organizations are increasingly likely to seek technological innovations for their business. As a theoretical reference, authors such as: Filion (1999), Dolabela (1999), Chiavenato (2004), Almeida (2023), Kohn (2007), Moran (2000) contributed to the research, among others who contributed to the construction of this article.
