| dc.description.abstract | No radiodiagnostic service should operate without being duly licensed by the local sanitary authority. The objective of the present study was to realize the ergonomic evaluation of lead display in rooms control of the X-ray rooms, regarding the positioning of the visual field of the radiology professional, during a chest radiography, respecting the recommendations of radiological protection and Ordinance 453/ 98. The data obtained were analyzed on the basis on the anthropometric characteristics of a Brazilian man of medium height. The analyzes were performed in eight X-ray rooms of hospitals of the municipal health network of the city of Teresina, state of Piauí during the month of August, 2017. The visual field of the professional in radiology was determined with the aid of a lighting device and with the demarcation of the shaded area, considered as a field of zero visibility. All field-of-view data were obtained after adjusting the distance between the center of the lead display and the light source at 30cm (fixed as the ergonomically optimal distance). It was observed that the average height of the lead display is inferior to the height of the eyes of the men between the 19 and 54 years. In only 37% of the rooms the access door is visible during the examination. It was also observed that the best structural configuration between evaluated rooms is when the lead display is positioned obliquely to vertical bucky, allowing a total view with the patient during an examination. It is concluded that the hypothesis presented in this study, regarding errors on layout unfavorable the ergonomics and the compliance with Ordinance 453/98, i has been proven for all rooms considered here. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Nenhum serviço de radiodiagnóstico deveria funcionar sem estar devidamente licenciado pela autoridade sanitária local quanto a sua ergonomia. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo realizar a avaliação ergonômica dos visores de cabines de comando das salas de raios-X, quanto ao posicionamento do campo visual do profissional de radiologia, durante uma radiografia de tórax, respeitando as recomendações da portaria 453/ 98. Os dados obtidos foram analisados com base nas características antropométricas de um homem brasileiro de altura mediana. As análises foram feitas em oito salas de raios-X de hospitais da rede municipal de saúde da cidade de Teresina, estado do Piauí durante o mês de agosto de 2017. O campo visual do profissional em radiologia foi determinado com o auxilio de um dispositivo de iluminação e com a demarcação da área sombreada, considerada como campo de visibilidade nulo. Todos os dados do campo de visão foram obtidos depois de regular a distancia entre o centro do visor plumbífero e a fonte luminosa em 30cm (fixada como distância ergonomicamente ideal). Observou-se que a altura média dos visores é inferior à altura média dos olhos dos homens entre os 19 e 54 anos e que em apenas 37% das salas a porta de acesso é visível durante a realização do exame. Notou-se ainda que a melhor configuração estrutural entre as salas avaliadas se dá quando o visor está posicionado obliquamente ao bucky vertical, permitindo total visão com o paciente durante a realização do exame. Conclui-se que a hipótese apresentada neste estudo, quanto a erros no layout desfavorecer a ergonomia e o cumprimento da portaria 453/98, foi comprovada para todas as salas aqui consideradas. | pt_BR |
