Sequências didáticas sobre o bioma Caatinga na perspectiva da BNCC

Abstract

The didactic sequence is a grouping of planned activities about a specific theme, in which the teacher uses this set of activities as a strategy with the intention of improving the teaching and learning of his/her students. The use of didactic sequences through the present methods allows a better understanding of the content taught by the teacher during the classes. Thus, the objective of this work was to propose didactic sequences for students of the 7th grade of Elementary School - final years about the Caatinga biome, having as a guide the National Common Curricular Base. The research was of a qualitative approach, descriptive and documentary nature. Initially, the themes of each class were selected and from them, lesson plans were developed contemplating the guidelines suggested by the National Common Curricular Base. In the first class of the didactic sequence, the content was presented broadly and during the sequence, the Caatinga biome was worked on specifically, delving into this biome throughout the classes. The study of the theme was concluded with an intervention proposal, leading students to present information about human actions that negatively affect the biome. The flipped classroom method, which is considered a form of active methodology, was also used to develop the teaching sequence, as well as textbooks containing the information necessary to mention information. The construction of the teaching sequence was necessary and important, since it corroborates the quality of teaching, improving student learning from these sequential activities as a teaching strategy.
