Abstract

This research aims to explain the career advancements of the Executive Secretariat professional who have been standing out with a new organizational hierarchical level in the contemporary scenario. The general objective of this study is to identify the profile of the executive secretariat at the strategic level and analyze the functions performed by this professional secretariat in organizations that thrive on the hierarchical secretarial ascension. As for the Applied Scientific Methodology, a field research was carried out through the Applied Questionnaire in the Executive Secretariat groups on the Facebook social network. With these results, the strategic hierarchical rise comes from a professional with a holistic view, with the incessant search for knowledge and with the aggregation of values in the organizational process.
