Abstract

This work presents the development and implementation of a system designed to facilitate access to healthcare services for the population of Picos, Piauí. The community faced challenges such as difficulty in locating healthcare units and lack of information about available medical specialties, which affected the efficiency of care. To address this issue, a digital platform was created to centralize detailed information about healthcare facilities, including specialties, locations, and operating hours. The system was tested in the village of Fátima, where residents were able to use the tool and assess its effectiveness. The results showed a high level of user satisfaction, with most participants rating the system as intuitive, efficient, and functional. Furthermore, 100% of users stated that they would recommend the platform to others. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of this solution contributed to improving the organization and accessibility of healthcare services in the municipality, showing great potential for expansion and continuous improvement.
