Estágio supervisionado em tempos de pandemia da Covid-19: experiências vivenciadas por discentes de Licenciatura em Matemática do IFPI - Campus Campo Maior

Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers, students, and pedagogical staff had to adapt to the new way of studying and working. With the internship of the undergraduate courses it was no different. Therefore, the present research aims to analyze the experience and the challenges encountered by the students in the practice of the Supervised Internship in the period of regency during the pandemic of COVID-19 in the formation and learning of students from the course of Mathematics in the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Piauí - IFPI -Campus Campo Maior. The methodology used was qualitative exploratory research, using as a tool a questionnaire with 12 (twelve) students of the Mathematics undergraduate course of IFPI, available from 12/06/2022 to 12/16/2022, via Google forms. The internship in this format provided several reflections about the Brazilian education experienced and how the pandemic further highlighted the social differences in education. The study identified the difficulties encountered by the teachers who showed insecurity and a challenge in their pedagogical practice, many complained about the lack of training to conduct classes remotely. Moreover, the lack of resources and technological use was great on the part of the students. Thus increasing the challenges encountered by teachers in remote teaching to carry out their classes in times of pandemic caused by COVID-19.
