Uso da inteligência artificial na rede hoteleira da cidade de Oeiras-PI

Abstract

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence has been significantly integrated into the hotel sector, bringing a series of benefits and challenges, being able to collaborate with accommodation providers in various routine procedures, reducing rework, facilitating communication, automating services and providing access to a wide range of information in real time. In this context, the research asks how AI is being used in hotel establishments in the city of Oeiras? In order to deepen knowledge on the subject, this study aims to analyze how artificial intelligence is being used in hotels in the city of Oeiras. To achieve this objective, qualitative research was carried out. Data collection was carried out through individual semi-structured interviews applied to owners/managers. The survey results indicated that 100% of hotel establishments in Oeiras do not yet use artificial intelligence, despite 50% of them being in favor of its implementation.
