Abstract

According to the Federal Constitution of 1988, education is a right for everyone. In this sense, to guarantee this prediction, it is essential to discuss the importance of including students with learning disorders in the educational context, given the difficulty teachers have in identifying and working in a way that meets these peculiarities. Therefore, this study has the general objective of analyzing the reality of the school environment of students with learning disorders, in terms of teaching performance and learning situations, in order to produce understandings about the possibilities of improving the educational process from the perspective of education. inclusive. The methodological proposal was through a qualitative bibliographical research with descriptive characteristics. Data were collected through searches in reliable databases, Google Scholar and the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELLO). The analyzed results allowed us to infer the main challenges faced in the educational process for the inclusion of students with learning disorders, the lack of continuing training for teachers, lack of pedagogical resources necessary to carry out the necessary interventions in the classroom, and the importance of strengthening the partnership between family and school. Current legislation in force ensures the right to inclusive education and specialized care for students with learning disabilities.
