Abstract

This document presents a bibliographical analysis of the perspectives that guide the discussions pertinent to the topic in question, which is very important for the construction of a more fair, egalitarian, solid and coherent education with the current reality, as even though we have laws that meet and protect the generalizations and specificities that encompass the topic discussed here, it cannot be guaranteed that everything is or will be met in its entirety, given that every day new challenges always arise and that these present their particularities and that meeting them is not the easiest of tasks, as this requires at least a prior understanding of everything that involves such discussions, which is why sometimes in the body of this document there are references to excerpts from the Brazilian Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB) highlighting that the The same is the guarantee that education is a right for all, being a duty of the state and the family, and that in this there are particularities such as article 58 which deals with the narratives pertinent to special and inclusive education
