| Resumo: | INTRODUÇÃO: O controle do câncer de mama é uma prioridade da política de saúde do Brasil e foi incluído como uma das metas do Pacto pela Saúde. A oferta de mamografia em nosso país tem aumentado nos últimos anos. OBJETIVO: Descrever e analisar a distribuição dos mamógrafos disponíveis para o Sistema único de Saúde (SUS) no Estado do Piauí com ênfase nas cidades mais populosas, verificando se a distribuição obedece a Portaria GM/MS 1.631. METODOLOGIA: Por meio do estudo descritivo, exploratório e bibliográfico apurou-se dados a partir do site da CNES, referente a distribuição dos equipamentos, seu uso . RESULTADOS: Com base nisso, observou-se a diferença da distribuição nos estados brasileiros, tal como no Piauí, a quantidade de equipamentos cadastrados pelo SUS e a média aritmética do uso desses aparelhos. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que, mesmo com o baixo número de mamógrafos em uso ao comparar com a distribuição de outros estados, algumas cidades do Piauí não obedecem à Portaria GM/MS n° 1.631, sendo evidente a diferença na distribuição e a falta de equipamentos em cidades com grande população. |
| Abstract: | INTRODUCTION: The control of breast cancer is a priority of health policy in Brazil and was included as one of the goals of the Health Pact. The offer of mammography in our country has increased in recent years. OBJECTIVE: To describe and analyze the distribution of mammography devices available to the Unified Health System (SUS) in the State of Piauí, with emphasis on the most populous cities, verifying whether the distribution complies with Ordinance GM/MS 1631. METHODOLOGY: Through a descriptive, exploratory and bibliographical study, data were collected from the CNES website, referring to the distribution of equipment, its use. RESULTS: Based on this, there was a difference in distribution in the Brazilian states, such as in Piauí, the amount of equipment registered by the SUS and the arithmetic mean of the use of these devices. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that, even with the low number of mammography devices in use when comparing with the distribution of other states, some cities in Piauí do not comply with Ordinance GM/MS n° 1.631, being evident the difference in the distribution and the lack of equipment in cities with a large population. |
